App Store

Browse published plugins and suites in the App Store, install them, and approve what they ask for.

The App Store is under Manage. It lists the plugins OPSAVOR publishes for your business, and groups related apps into suites such as People & Staff, Operations & Commercial, Connected Workspace and Financial Intelligence.

Owners only.

The App Store is for people who can manage plugins — owners, by default. Everyone who can see your records can use the apps after they are approved.

Install an app

  1. Open Manage → App Store.
  2. Find the app or suite and press Install. A suite installs its apps together.
  3. Open Manage → Plugins. Each new app waits there with what it asks for in plain words.
  4. Read What it may do, then press Approve and turn on. For a suite, you can approve the waiting apps as one pack.
Installing is not approving.

Nothing a plugin asks for is allowed until you approve it on Plugins. A new app starts as Waiting for approval; it does not see your records before then.

What the cards show

Suites show how many of their apps are active, so you can see at a glance whether the whole suite is on.

Updates and approval

An update that asks for nothing more than the version you approved can go live by itself. One that asks for more — a new kind of record, people, the AI model or a larger budget — waits for you under Plugins. The approved version keeps running until you decide.

Remove an app

Use the remove button on the app's card in the App Store. Removing a store app is remembered, so it does not come back on the next check. You can install it again at any time. What the app already wrote stays; its pages and cards go.

If the store is not connected

Some businesses run without a connection to OPSAVOR's plugin service. The App Store then says it is not connected and will not install anything. Ask OPSAVOR support to connect it, or to give your business a plugin directly.

To understand what a plugin may ask for and how approval works, see Plugins: how they work. For scheduled messages and web hooks, see Automations (flows).
